Level Two (1000 points):  $25 Gift Certificate
Level Three (1500 points): Dinner for Four
(Prizes exclude alcoholic beverages)

Points are awarded when you identify yourself as a member of
the Frequent Diner Club and are responsible for the payment
of the check.
